Chairman Ge Jing was invited to attend the Chamber of Commerce's "Looking Ahead to 2024 New Year's Meeting".

On January 14th, the Beijing Changsha Enterprise Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter referred to as "the Chamber") hosted a grand New Year's Gala for 2024, themed "Gathering Strength and Empowering for a Shared Future," at the Hunan Building in Beijing. Nearly 300 people from approximately 50 listed companies and 30 central enterprises across the country attended the meeting. Ge Jing, Chairman of Beijing SYS Science & Technology Co., Ltd, was invited to attend.

The meeting began with presentations by Qiu Xiaohua, former Director of the National Bureau of Statistics, and Liu Jiuru, President of the Huaxin Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and member of the National Intelligent Manufacturing Expert Committee, who reviewed the policy evolution of China's economy and new industrialization in 2023, and looked ahead to the economic situation in 2024, as well as the challenges and investment opportunities of new industrialization.

Following this, Dr. Li Anmin, President of the Chamber, moderated a roundtable forum, inviting seven representatives of listed company entrepreneurs and Zheng Ping, Director and Party Secretary of the Changsha Municipal Bureau of Commerce, to engage in a dialogue. They briefly reviewed their work in their respective industries in 2023 and offered their outlook for 2024. The seven business representatives were: Ge Jing, Chairman of SYS (301372); Yu Hongtao, General Manager of Lingpai Technology (300530); Ma Chenshan, Chairman of Xinhua Lian Cultural Tourism (000620); Xue Xiangdong, Chairman of Donghua Software (002065); Lin Changqing, Chairman of Rejing Biotechnology (688068); Chen Yonghong, Chairman of Qingju Technology (836208); and Tao Ran, President of Kangleweishi (833575).

Ge Jing introduced SYS as an innovative comprehensive service provider focusing on water environment governance. The company successfully listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in August 2023. Relying on its technological innovation, SYS possesses strong core competitiveness in areas such as water environment system governance, watershed management, river and lake landscape water treatment, and black and odorous water bodies.

In recent years, guided by Xi Jinping's thought on ecological civilization, Changsha has firmly shouldered the responsibility of "protecting the clear waters of the Yangtze River" and resolutely undertaken the political responsibility of ecological civilization construction. With improving water quality as the core and reducing water pollution and expanding environmental capacity as key measures, Changsha has actively promoted the construction and protection of beautiful rivers and lakes, accelerating the realization of a beautiful landscape of "clear waters, green banks, and fish swimming in shallow waters." Ge Jing stated that SYS is willing to participate in the development and protection of Changsha's water environment ecological restoration and hopes to visit Changsha as soon as possible to showcase SYS's governance philosophy and comprehensive strength to Changsha's leaders.

During the discussion, Zheng Ping, Director of the Commerce Bureau, provided insightful answers to questions regarding the construction of Changsha's global R&D center, business environment, and industrial policies, and extended an invitation to attendees to visit and exchange ideas in Changsha. Ge Jing and the entrepreneurs expressed their willingness to invest or increase their investments in Changsha.

The conference also released the nation's first "White Paper on High-Quality Development of Hunan Capital Market 2023" and a report on "Listed Companies' Private Placement and Investment Promotion," which were interpreted by Professor Huang Yuncheng, Director of the Academic Advisory Committee of the China Association for Public Companies, and Dr. Tang Bin, General Manager of the PIPE & Private Placement Business Department of Jiuyin Holdings, respectively.

At the end of the conference, Gao Chuanjie, Academic Director of the Tehua Postdoctoral Research Station of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Kang Zhenlin, Vice Mayor of Changsha, Chen Rongwei, Director of the Hunan Provincial Government Office in Beijing, and Wang Maolin, former Secretary of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, delivered enthusiastic speeches.

After the conference, Chairman Ge Jing expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the Chamber of Commerce for providing a platform for exchange. Ge Jing stated that as the Spring Festival of 2024 approaches, this high-level seminar has brought a wealth of information to various industries, boosting everyone's confidence in future development.
