Brief Description

This equipment employs a shallow filtration principle combined with a unique water distribution structure to achieve high-speed filtration. Equipped with patented vortex backwashing technology, it utilizes the system's own pressure to complete the cleaning process, eliminating the need for an additional backwash pump. The backwashing process takes only 15–30 seconds, with a single water consumption of less than 3% of the total processing capacity. Furthermore, other units continue to supply water as usual during backwashing, truly achieving "zero-interruption" continuous operation, making it particularly suitable for industrial scenarios with stringent requirements for water supply continuity.

The automatic shallow filter device consists of multiple standard high speed sand cylinder units equipped with unique water distributors and collectors.With dual direction automatic flushing valves, it ensures efficient and automatic cleaning of sand filters during normal system operation.
