This full-processor integrates multiple physical technologies, including eddy current separation, electrostatic field, catalytic alloying, and micro-electrolysis, to create a synergistic effect. It inhibits calcium carbonate crystallization at the source, slows metal corrosion, and disrupts the microbial growth environment. It requires no chemical reagents, produces no wastewater, and is suitable for circulating water systems in the electronics, food, and precision manufacturing industries where environmental protection and continuous operation are critical.

Product Overview

The full processor is a comprehensive water treatment device developed to address the common issues of corrosion,  scaling, microbial growth, and water quality in various industrial and domestic circulating water systems.It employs patented technologies, including the differential rotation shielding effect and multi point array combination technology from the aviation field, to integrate scale inhibition, corrosion inhibition, sterilization, algae elimination, and ultrapurification filtration.Additionally, it incorporates aerohydrodynamics, superimposed radio frequency circuit technology, and dual sewage quality maintenance technology to significantly improve equipment structure and processing mechanisms, achieving full flow treatment and stable control of water quality.
