Brief Description

This equipment, based on Henry's Law and Dalton's principle of partial pressure, uses a vacuum pump to create a negative pressure environment within a sealed chamber, causing dissolved gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide in the water to rapidly precipitate and be removed. It can reduce the dissolved oxygen level in the system water to below 0.1 mg/L, effectively inhibiting pipe corrosion, heat exchanger perforation, and pump cavitation caused by oxygen corrosion. It is widely used in closed-loop circulating water systems such as district heating, central air conditioning, and industrial cooling, significantly extending equipment lifespan.

The vacuum degasser is a new type of fully automatic degassing equipment developed by SYS Water Doctor, combining vacuum degassing technology from developed countries with enhanced stability and efficiency compared to traditional vacuum degassers.
The vacuum degasser efficiently removes dissolved and free gases from closed-loop circulating water, effectively suppressing oxygen corrosion, gas resistance, and water pump cavitation in circulating water systems, extending the service life of metallic equipment(including heat exchangers, air conditioning units, circulating water pumps, boilers, etc.)and system pipelines, improving heat exchange efficiency, and ensuring safe, stable, and efficient system operation.
