SYS signed an agreement with Academician Wang Shouguo to empower green development.

On October 31, 2025, Beijing SYS Science & Technology Co., Ltd held a signing ceremony for its Chief Scientist, officially appointing Wang Shouguo, a dual foreign academician of the Ukrainian Academy of Engineering and the Russian Academy of Engineering, as the company's Chief Scientist. This is an important measure for SYS to deepen its talent-driven technological innovation strategy, injecting top-notch intellectual support into the company's technological breakthroughs in the fields of environmental protection and new energy.
Academician Wang Shouguo has been deeply involved in the field of plasma physics for over 30 years. He holds multiple talent titles, including being a recipient of the Chinese Academy of Sciences' "Hundred Talents Program," the National "Thousand Talents Program," and a foreign academician of both the Russian Academy of Engineering and the Ukrainian Academy of Engineering. He has presided over numerous national, provincial, and ministerial-level projects, as well as industry-funded projects, including the National 02 Special Project and projects funded by the General Armaments Department. His research achievements, such as vacuum plasma coating equipment, thermal plasma hazardous waste treatment equipment, and high-concentration ozone treatment equipment, have been industrialized in fields such as microelectronics, new materials, medicine, environmental protection, and new energy, with technological levels comparable to international leading standards.
In this collaboration, SYS will leverage Academician Wang Shouguo's profound expertise in plasma technology, focusing on core businesses such as water environment management and resource utilization. Together, they will tackle key technological challenges and iterate products, accelerate the transformation of scientific research results into industrial applications, further strengthen the company's technological barriers, and provide stronger technical support for promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of the industry.
