Manufacturing Center

Beijing SYS Manufacturing Center is responsible for the full-cycle production, manufacturing and after-sales service of the company's entire product range. Its layout covers 3 production bases (Beijing, Kunming, and Hebei Production Base under construction) and 2 OEM bases (Yixing in Jiangsu, Xiamen).

Hebei Production Base, to be the core production base upon completion, will be equipped with a complete supporting system including technical room, quality control room, warehouse, and multiple professional workshops for structure processing, electrical assembly, and whole machine assembly & testing.

The center has a team of nearly 100 employees, with the three independent production bases covering a total construction area of nearly 30,000 ㎡ and the two OEM bases nearly 95,000 ㎡. It boasts a stable annual production capacity: about 200 spore generators, 50 integrated sewage treatment equipment, 1,000 circulating water equipment, 1,500 membrane modules and 4 million ㎡ of membranes. The annual output value of its non-standard sewage treatment equipment reaches approximately 1 billion RMB.

SYS is a full lifecycle service provider for circulating water systems, rather than a traditional water treatment equipment supplier, water treatment service provider, or system upgrade solution provider.

Focus on the water-energy-carbon synergistic optimization of cooling source systems (condenser – pump – cooling tower – sewage discharge & reuse).
