Brief Description

This unit employs a high-precision pressure sensor and variable frequency constant pressure control technology to monitor the pressure of the closed-loop system in real time. It dynamically adjusts the speed of the water supply pump via a frequency converter to stably control the system pressure within the set value of ±0.01 MPa. This effectively prevents pressure fluctuations caused by thermal expansion and contraction, leakage, or pump start-up and shutdown, avoiding frequent safety valve tripping or pump cavitation. It is widely used in applications requiring extremely high pressure stability, such as district heating, data center cooling, and industrial process water systems.

The automatic fixed pressure make up water degassing device is a new type of equipment developed by SYS Water Doctor based on circulating water systems.It integrates pressure stabilization, automatic water supplement, automatic drainage, and degassing functions into one unit.The pressure stabilized water supplement unit overcomes the shortcomings of heat (cold) loss of expansion water tanks and easy pollution of system water quality.
