German company HST visits SYS to explore new opportunities for cooperation.

In early March 2024, Thomas, partner of HST, a leading German environmental technology company, and Jennifer, head of its China operations, visited Beijing SYS Science & Technology Co., Ltd. SYS's Chairman Ge Jing, Vice General Manager Zhang Ning, and Head of International Department Ge Linxi warmly received them.

HST is a German company with over 40 years of experience in comprehensive water environment management, specializing in municipal water supply and drainage planning and design, urban runoff pollution control, machinery manufacturing, municipal pipeline network management and intelligent operation and maintenance automation, and comprehensive information engineering solutions. It is also a multi-faceted manufacturer of original German-standard municipal smart water systems, possessing integrated capabilities in key IoT water technology, key intelligent equipment R&D and production. It has been awarded and recognized by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy as a high-tech automated comprehensive solution company for municipal water 4.0. In Germany, HST focuses on providing design, equipment, and control software for municipal initial rainwater collection and treatment, urban drainage network flushing, runoff volume, flow velocity, peak liquid level, CSO combined sewer systems, and overflow rainwater runoff pollution control.

At the end of 2023, Chairman Ge Jing led a team to Germany's HST company for on-site inspection and exchange. The purpose of this visit to China by Thomas, a partner at HST, was to further understand the Chinese water environment governance market and SYS Company.

During the exchange, Thomas provided a detailed introduction to HST's wastewater/methane hydrogen production technology—green hydrogen and carbon black technology—pointing out that this technology is not only highly efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly, but also expressed great confidence in its prospects for promotion and application in the Chinese market.

Chairman Ge Jing also stated that as a representative enterprise in China's water environment governance field, SYS has always maintained a high degree of sensitivity and foresight in the research and application of cutting-edge technologies. They have shown great interest in HST and its technology and hope to reach a consensus with HST to jointly explore cooperation opportunities in the Chinese market and contribute to the development of China's environmental protection cause.

The HST delegation then visited the headquarters and K20 base of SYS, gaining a deeper understanding of SYS's technological R&D capabilities, project experience, the construction concept of the K20 Ecological Aggregation Innovation Industrial Park, and the company's development plan. They were filled with confidence in SYS's future development and the next steps in their cooperation.

This exchange not only enhanced the understanding between SYS and HST, but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation, and marked an important milestone in opening a new chapter of international cooperation between the two parties.
