On October 31, 2025, Beijing SYS Science & Technology Co., Ltd and Baotou Regenerated Rare Earth Alloy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Baotou Regenerated Rare Earth Company") officially signed a strategic investment agreement in Beijing. SYS will invest in Baotou Regenerated Rare Earth Company, and the two parties will engage in in-depth cooperation on the recycling of rare earth resources, jointly exploring an innovative development model of "environmental protection + resource recycling".


Baotou Regenerated Rare Earth Alloy Co., Ltd., established in 2023 with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, focuses on high-end rare earth applications. Leveraging its high-purity rare earth metal preparation technology and green smelting process, the company has achieved a rare earth element recovery rate exceeding 98% for the first time in the industry, reducing carbon emissions by more than 75% compared to traditional processes. The company transforms industrial waste into high-value-added strategic rare earth metals, providing a stable supply of green materials for strategic emerging industries such as new energy vehicles, wind power, and industrial robots. The first phase of the project plans to produce 5,000 tons of high-purity rare earth metals annually, including 3,000 tons of praseodymium and neodymium and 2,000 tons of cerium. It is one of the key projects in Baotou City's construction of two rare earth bases.


As a national strategic resource, rare earths are increasingly crucial in cutting-edge fields such as new energy and high-end manufacturing. Their green and efficient utilization is a vital support for the implementation of the dual-carbon strategy. SYS leverages environmental protection technology as its core enabling tool, deeply synergizing its own advantages with Baotou Regenerated Rare Earth Company's high-purity rare earth metal preparation technology and green smelting processes.
