With a keen understanding of industry trends and a firm commitment to development, the 7th Boao Enterprise Forum 2023 was held in Hainan on January 13, 2024. The forum, themed "Striving Together for Common Development and a Brighter Future," brought together leaders from ministries and commissions, government officials, economic experts, and outstanding entrepreneurs from various fields to analyze policy situations, forecast industry trends, share innovative experiences, explore development paths, and offer suggestions for promoting high-quality economic development.

The Opinions state that building a beautiful China is an important goal of comprehensively building a modern socialist country and an important component of realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The Opinions require that during the "14th Five-Year Plan," in-depth efforts be made to achieve continuous improvement of the ecological environment; during the "15th Five-Year Plan," consolidation and expansion should be achieved to achieve comprehensive improvement of the ecological environment; and during the "16th Five-Year Plan," overall improvement should be achieved to achieve a fundamental improvement in the ecological environment.
