The governance achievements of Dianchi Lake have attracted the high attention of the national competent authorities, and many media, including CCTV - 1, People's Daily Online, Xinhuanet, Yunnan Television, and Yunnan Daily, have successively reported on it.
The expert team from the Institute of Resources and Environment Policies, Development Research Center of the State Council, conducted a special survey on the experience of Dianchi Lake, and compiled Research on Summarizing the Experience in Protecting and Governing Kunming Dianchi Lake and the Ideas for the 14th Five-Year Plan, which has provided valuable experience for the governance of lakes and reservoirs in China.
